(If this is not the right time, when is it? What do you mean by "lifting the bottle of milk powder to reduce the overload parallel trader problem"? Since Reverend Koon is a rather controversial figure and his comments on politics are often viewed as pro-government and pro-establishment and even pro-Beijing. For instant, he has made clear that he is against the democratic Occupy Movement. As a reporter, it is your job to let your readers know what is his political propensity.)

Reved Peter Douglas Koon, provincial secretary general of the Sheng Kung Hui, said the “once-a-week permit” will deepen Hong Kong-Mainland conflict and make Hong Kong look like “a spoiled kid”.

Shenzhen municipal government announced the “once-a-week permit” to replace the “multiple-entry permit” for Shenzhen residents yesterday.

“We all know Hong Kong depends on mainland for food and water import,” said Koon. “When we drink water we should be grateful to the ones who gave.”

Koon said Shenzhen citizens were disappointed with the adjustment and planned to file a petition for a same limit of cross-border visits to Hong Kong people.

“It is not the right time to impose the policy as Hong Kong-Mainland conflict was tensioning,” said Koon.

Koon said Hong Kong government could consider administrative measures like lifting the bottle of milk powder to reduce the overload parallel trader problem.
