Ho Yuet Fung, a global media specialist, (she as an experienced filmmaker said), “ that’s tough to be a film maker,” She believed right now it is a high time for people worked in film industry, in mainland China, actors, filmmakers go to China to make films and a lot of opportunities provided but at the same time a lot of hurdles too. For beginners, she said, “it is tough and hard to deal with different challenges in production, no sleep, bad food and bad air.” ((sloppy lead and too drawn out...revise))

“Good Scripts are needed”

She holds the view that script writing is crucial, good scripts are still in need. Script writers “starts from zero” and then creating something. Having a good idea and being able to write a script will be definitely an edge to get into the industry.

Differences between TV production and film making

She said, "TV production takes up a lot of time." Film making is far different from TV production in term of time. Film needs to be “concise” in story telling. TV dramas needs a team to finish the script and a script supervisor. “Discipline” is highly emphasized. “Television Production” needs a kind of “daily discipline”- because everyday people are lusting for each episode. However, film production’s deadline is not in the same way. She said she appreciated the discipline of USA films production. ((not your best work...a bit careless, although the focus is there))
