What will you do if you got amnesia? William Chan, a person who got became amnesic because of a traffic accident when he was 19 years old (incomplete sentence). He told us that his first task was finding himself and his identity. It was a story about how did an amnesia person stand up again and return to the society.

“We can’t predict the future yet we can create one” said by William Chan. Before his 19 years old birthday, he doesn’t need to worry anything. However, life is (full of accident-more than one?). When he wanted to have his further study in England, he got a traffic accident and suffered in amnesia. From a person who got the highest 30 points in the public examination to a person who even couldn’t spell “apple”. All is in a sudden (need more transitions, otherwise point you are trying to make is unclear). “The most difficult part after the accident was to find myself, i need to find who I am and think of my future”, said William. To find himself again, he stopped his study and did the volunteer work to help the teenagers. As he said “helping others people is much better than being helped by others.” By doing the volunteer works, he finally found his goals and missions.

Now, he was the executive director of Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion United Association and managed the work about the policy of teenagers. He used his experience to tell the youngsters that life was about love and care and it should be created on your own but not by others.

Good title. How did William create the future? There needs to be a stronger connection between the article and the title. A brief mention in the last paragraph is not sufficient.
