(You have coined the word "serious-ize" in your title. I don't object it because it serves its purpose all right but it is hard to pronounce. For me, I would simply say "Bloomberg To Introduce Global Vision to HK Mag Market". "Retain" is an incorrect choice of word. Stall would be a better word as in the market has stalled for the last 20 years. You should present some background information about the Bloomberg group which is owned by Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York City. The international news group runs a news agency, a TV channel and several other publications including the original English version of the Bloomberg Businessweek.)
