3 tips for new gov: Population policy, open for public & public agreement( updated)

The Chief Executive will be elected by a 1,200-member election committee on Sunday. Three candidates named Albert Ho, Henry Tang and Leung Chun-ying will be the next Chief Executive if a number of 601 votes were casted by the committee. Lai Hing Ling, the first Secretary for Security of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, said there are three main problems named population policy, public engagement of public policy and a common goal of the public.
