5-3-1 practice could release pressure, honorary psychology advisor says

Ester Lee, honorary psychology advisor of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, said it is not easy to forget the sadness, but people can do something to change the attitude and release pressure.


Lee suggested 5-3-1 practice which for cultivating well-being and healthy minds.


“We can meditate 5 minutes per day and take a break from stress and calm the mind,” she suggested.


She said people can also write down 3 good things that happened today to build a positive relationship.


Lee also suggested people can do 1 act of kindness, such as holding the door for someone.
