“There are so many restriction in reporting news in China, but lot of improvement now,” said David Schlesinger.

In China, the keywords of sensitive issues would be blocked in the Internet. For example, “Tiananmen event” and “Jasmine Revolution”. Media are not able to report something sensitive.

However, there are amazing changes in China in the last two decades [What have some of these changes been?]. David Schlesinger, the Chairman of Thomson Reuters China, said that although there were still a lot of restrictions, some media criticized the government [Which media? What kinds of criticism?]. He said that it is a process, a journey of improvement and it will not end yet. [Why is it improvig?]

Moreover, the Chinese could talk a lot in Weibo, and they tended to express themselves more.

As a foreign media company, under the restrictions of China, Thomson Reuters China cannot access the China market but can provide professional service in China, acting as not direct media. [Explain the distinction.]
