Hong Kong, Nov. 29—A traffic accident changed William Chan’s whole life.

Cindy Chan Sin Yan

In 2003, William was just a 19 year-old boy, who studied in a high school in England. One day, when he rode a bike and go to school, he ((was collided by two cars)). Although he saves his life (he did not save his own life-rephrase), he lost all his memories.

Every thing was strange to him. “ I can’t remember my ((familiars)) and friends,” said William, during his speech in Shue Yan University on Tuesday. “ I even could not remember that I was a man.”

He went back to Hong Kong and tried to live as ((unusual)). He became a volunteer and helped with lots of community services(name a few). He entered the Lingnan University to continue his study.

In 2009, William founded the Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion United Association. He tries to help others teenagers and encourage them to realize their dreams by holding wide variety activities. The association has already held 150 activities for more than 17,000 teenagers.(good usage of tangible facts)

“I was arrogant and rude, but I changed because of the Amnesia,” William smiled. “Although I lost all of my memories, it is a blessing for me.”

Good title, goes well with the article. Could say more about his contribution to the community.
