Now TV senior reporter and analyst, Chiu sin Chun, (is?) invited to comment about the budget published last Wednesday at Shue Yan University Assembly today.(date)

"The budget is too conservative (which?) has totally no vision’, he said, ‘With the announcement of policy address four months later, the budget have no (relation?) in it.'(confusing quote) Chiu also compare between the budget at British Hong Kong government and nowadays. 'The budget plan of British Hong Kong government make people excited as you can't guess what it's about' he added.(it was a surprise?)

In the budget of 2012, iBond will be launched (sentence needs to be followed with explanation about iBond). Chiu blamed that this action isn't beneficial to the poor but putting money (into the rich-check grammar). He thinks that a good budget should show development of fund. That means the government should use the money for investment instead of holding them with no real investment.

When asked about his experience, he reminded students that they should be open-minded and be able to understand and analyze information.(inconsistent closing)
