As a good PR, be honest

Mrs Kwan, the Press Secretary to Chief Secretary for Administration, attained a seminar yesterday said that to be a good PR, especially being a Government Public Relations Officer (PRO), the most important element is honest.

To be a Government PRO, have to fulfill five criteria. The first one is to have good communication skills with the government officials. The second is to have deep understanding of the media operation so that PR can cooperate well with the media. The third one is need to be knowledgeable and with good language standard.

She also said that a Government PRO should be honest to create a positive image in the eyes of the media and the public.
