(Your choice of words are very odd and incomprehensible. What does this phrase mean "it is meaningless to improve the quality of production and may indulge any despise practices on the dark side"? Indulge despise practices? Try to write short sentences using simple words we all understand. After all, you want your readers to know what your message is, don't you? Use the word "perpetuate" instead of "indulge" and change the word "despise" to its adjective form "despicable" and I would suggest you drop the "dark side". It reminds us of the movie "Star Wars". Darth Vader was a jedi before he morphed to the dark side and became the dark knight.)

The government should provide no assistance to advertising industry as it is meaningless to improve the quality of production and may indulge any despise practices on the dark side, said by the CEO of an up-and-coming company in the field.

KK Tsang, the head of The Bees Group, a brand new advertising company founded last year, addressed the contradiction between independent creativity and odd assistance intervention by the government in a seminar held in Shue Yan University. He mentioned, such a doubt raised on his mind since some officials approached him few years ago when the Policy Address announced to promote creative industry.

"Why shall we take such a helping hand? How can the government help the industry in creativity?" He said, as opposed any plan suggested by the government.

Tsang mentioned, some despise practices that harmed the motivation of employees were the biggest reason to declining quality of advertisements. He said, employers did not even want to share more than one-sixth of total profit to colleagues, therefore workers would not put any effort than one project that may award them.

He said, although nearby regions like Thailand were tailing the back of Hong Kong because of lower production cost and more universal creativity, he thought the Y-generation may still take over the market in e future with their sense of fashion.
