Mrs. Heidi Kwan, the founder of Asia Net Communications Ltd, said that public relations are a hard job but she enjoys it so much. She also said people only will be success with targets.

She thought besides the public relations skill, people must be true, and never tell lie. She indicated that when a PR did something wrongly, they must apologize instead of making excuse even lying. “This will not only affect your credibility and image, but the department you worked too.”
