“The China government will become more democratic and have better law development in the future,” said Liu Weizhong, the chief editor of Bauhinia Magazine at a Shue Yan University Forum. [The expectation here is that you will explain why/how this si the case.]

Bo Xilai, the charismatic former party leader of Chongqing city, was fired from the post last month and his wife was arrested on murder charge, suspecting them of killing a UK business man. The action China government done on this case and what Wan Jiabao said before about reformation makes people think that Beijing is going to have political reform.

Liu said: “This is a sensitive issue. There are many comments on Bo Xilai’s scandal. I don’t know which is real and which is fake. But there is no doubt that Bo has to take great responsibility in this case. But we can see that China is on the road of better democracy.”[How is china on the road to better democracy?]

He used some small villages in China as an example. “Citizens can vote for the village head they like. China government would follow the law to work and it’s a great improvement,” said Liu. [Great improvement over what? How did it use to be?]

[This article provides very little information, and just makes vague statements without going into much detail. Also, you never explain how law development is improving.]
