(The title should be "Bloomberg Businessweek to launch local edition in HK". To launch means it will take place some time in the future. You are simply wrong by saying that the magazine has already been launched in HK. The fact is the simplified Chinese version was indeed launched in mainland China but the traditional Chinese version has yet to be introduced in HK, at least not until this coming June. What do you mean by "shock" the worldwide readers.....? The word "shock" carries a negative connotation which apparently isn't the case here.)

Bloomberg Businessweek shock the worldwide readers with its professional content and editorial work in a few years. Mordern Media Group has already launch Bloomberg Businessweek Chinese edition in Hong Kong. Thomas Shao, Chairman of Mordern Media Group was inspired by the spirit of Bloomberg's media corporate and aimed to establish a intelligent communication platformfor Hong Kong, Mainland and Taiwan.

Shao said he took a visit to the Bloomberg headquarter in the New York City and talked with the chief editor. Shao remembered the words that were told , " Bloomberg is a magazine which is not a toy for millionaires, not a political tool. Instead, it is a magazine makes reader to think deeply and widely with the interesting content. It is also insisting to report fairly, transparently and publicly." Shao's mind had been renewed.

He therefore introduced Bloomberg Businessweek Chinese Version in Hong Kong. He said in the Chinese society, gossip magazines are always the best seller, but never in the line with global trend. He added, "Bloomberg Businessweek Chinese version tends to open a global vision and local media. We aim to establish a communication platform for Chinese intelligence, link them to the global trend and finally become leader."
