The latest 2012-13 Budget has been released last Wednesday. It (arouses-choose diff word, awkward in this context) different arguments from the society. Chiu Sin Chun, Now TV senior financial commenter said there (is-sva) no concrete ideas from the whole Budget and the Budget is too conservative. That degrades Hong Kong‘s economy (inc sentence).

For the whole Budget, Chiu criticized that the Budget is too long with no focusing point. This makes people disappointed (incomplete sentence).

Chiu added that there is just four months between the publication of Policy Address and the Budget, but the Budget did not include public housing. It just focus on (x) commercial and property part.

Hong Kong people are just (concerning-check verb ending) the scheme of granting $6000. Financial Secretary, John Tsang Chun-wah (made an announcement-simplify use noun as verb) that the government would not do it again.

Chiu Sin Chun said majority of Hong Kong people thought that they would be satisfied by giving them money. “The Budget should be focus on proactive intervention, (but) not money-giving.” For the grass root, this budget is useless.(why?)

Good title. The article needs more facts and figures to be more credible.
