Ok I understand and will try to improve:) thank you so much!

(Your lead is OK but a bit turgid. Nomination method and nomination without filter in your lead are basically the same things. You can cut short your lead by saying "Nomination without prescreening is more vital than one man one vote to the chief executive election process, said Cheng Yu Shek, the spokesman of Alliance for True Democracy in a speech today." According to article 45 of the Basic Law, the official term is "broadly representative nominating committee", not " extensive representative" as you wrote. When citing law article, it's better to stick to the original words.)

"The vital problem is the nomination method of the chief executive election," said Cheng Yu Shek, the spokesman of Alliance for True Democracy, in the general assembly of Shue Yan University today. After meeting with the government officials, he thinks that the attitude of the government for making a nomination without filter is still with reservation. "Universal suffrage with one person one vote is not difficult to be achieved, the diffcult one is the nomination method without filter," expressed Cheng.

Recently, people from different sectors are worrying about the nomination method of the universal suffrage. It is stipulated that only people with extensive representative can be nominated in the chief executive election as stated in the Basic Law. But the exact meaning of the term "extensive representative" is still unclear. "If the nominated candidates are not picked by the voters, they may all be accepted by the central government instead. So the election will make no point as this is not a real universal suffrage with legitimacy," commented Cheng.

As mentioned by Cheng, the Alliance for True Democracy is having some difficulties, including the general support, administrative funds and the cohesion of consensus. "Our only capital is the support of the general public, if not it is never easy to achieve our goal," said Cheng. In the near future, the Alliance will conduct some fund-raising parties and fund-raising activities on street. They hope they will be able to cohere 27 legislative councillors in order to gain the ability to vote down some undesirable proposals in the council.
