Hao Tie Chuan reinforce statements of Li Fei on universal suffrage of Hong Kong Chief Executive Election, while calling the Chinese Socialism beneficial to Hong Kong.

Hao Tie Chuan, the director general of the Publicity Department of Central Peoples's Government in Hong Kong, said the Occupy Central movement is an unwise move to strive for the General Election of Hong Kong Chief Executive.


" General Election of Hong Kong Chief Executive as promised by the Chinese government is up to the international standard." said Hao ." According to Li Fei's recent interpretation of General Election of Chief Executive, the right to be nominated and voted is equal to all qualified applicants." said Hao. He said there is not a way of General Election that is good enough to fit into every countries. He said that instead of welcoming Western opinions and involvement on the issue, Hong Kong should practically sought a General Election that will not violate the Chinese Constitutional Law nor the Hong Kong Basic Laws.


Hao sees the Chinese Constitutional Law as the main law where the Basic Law was originated from, hence concepts of the Basic Law should not violate that of Constitutional Law in any conditions.


Hao reinforced Li Fei's viewpoints throughout his speech and that it is essential to choose someone who love both the Mainland and Hong Kong. Concerning the General Election of Chief Executive, he said that at the present stage, Hong Kong society should discuss the details of nomination scheme, the number of nominees and details of for each individual voter to vote.
