The convenor of pro-Beijing party Silent Majority, which is against Occupy Central, said Chinese People's Liberation Army will be sent to Hong Kong to stabilize social order if Occupy Central is being success.

The details of the second discussion day of the pro-democracy movement Occupy Central will soon release. They are trying to find out ways to implement universal suffrage with the constrains of Basic Law. Yet, Robert Chow Yung, the pro-Beijing party Silent Majority, said that ways of electing a chief executive are not important. Since the elected person candidate should be appointed and nominated by Central government, that means even if the majority of Hong Kong people elect the candidate and Central government does not appoint him/her, he/she still cannot be the chief executive.

Besides, he opposed the movement of Occupy Central, because he thinks striving for democracy in a peaceful way is more constructive and the democracy movement will influence the social order of Central, the heart of business activities.

Chow stressed that if the movement of Occupy Central is being success, Chinese People's Liberation Army should be sent to Hong Kong to stabilize social order. Since a large number of police will stand by to avoid violence, in this case, army will provide security aid like the rebellion in Hong Kong 1979, he explained.
