The law system should be revised regarding advanced technology, said Steven Quinn, Digital Development Editor of South China Morning Post. [Revised how?]

Quinn addressed the privacy problems of celebrities during his speech at the General Assembly held in Shue Yan University. He believes that sneak shooting has been much easier nowadays with smartphones. He urges the government to revisit the law, so-as-to deal with the situation.  [What are the problems?]

While saying that the development of mobile devices will be much faster and better in the future, Quinn announced that the South China Morning Post will launch its new website on 16 May. "The website will be a lot better, with more videos and multimedia," said Quinn.
