Chris C. Anderson, the Senior Editor of the Huffington Post predicted the print media may focus on developing their online version for more.


“l love my computer, it is my baby.” Chris said said at Shue Yan University today.


Chris thought that the computer is so essential for him. He also said that the digital media such as Twitter, Facebook, Buzzfeed bring much convenience to people. Meanwhile, Chris thought that some printed media will more concentrate on online version, just like New Week. “Why should you have to change? But you do have to do.” Chris explained there are many new technologies in the market and people‘s need is changing so the traditional media need to change their style to meet the market needs.


The Huffington Post is an American news website, content aggregator and blog. Their target audience is online users. Therefore, someone often likes to compare it, The New York Times and Washington Post. However, Chris said that they are more efficient and quick on reporting, concentrating on digital media is also their strengths.
