Executive Leung Chun-ying’s daughter Chai-yan posted in her Facebook today that she is assaulted by her mother. Patrick Nip Tak-kuen, Director of Information Services said if family issue is concerned, room for spaces are needed.

Nip said the incident is complicated as both children and parents have their disposition and way to communicate. He said most parents care for their children but children may not feel. He recommended parents who struggle in family issues to find professional assistance.

Nip said public can give spaces to Executive's family because the incident is hard to handle and explain. Being asked how he feels about the sudden incident, Nip said a prepared mood and a calmed brain are needed.
