Follows the flows, predicts the trends

The election of the next chief executive of Hong Kong and the new officials of the Chinese Communist party make political issues hot topics for Hong Kong people to notice the changes of the governors. The Bauhinia Magazine is one of the political magazines providing readers (prep) updates o(f-n) Hong Kong and Chin(a-adj) political environment.

Liu Wei Zhong, the editor-in-chief of Bauhinia Magazine, said the magazine will focus more on the association of people in (two places?) with higher sensitivity to the foreseeable changes. “Our magazine will provide readers the most accurate predictions”, Liu said. The replacement of Bao Xilai’s leadership (let? people-to be- concern) about the political environment in China and also in Hong Kong. The Bauhinia Magazine will publish articles about the incidents in China with predictions (made) by experts in politics. Liu said the magazine will try to use its influence to cover news with trends predictions.(repetitive, can delete this sentence)

Published monthly, the Bauhinia Magazine also had its limitations on reporting news events. The soaring property price is one of the major concerns of Hong Kong people. Yet, Liu said it is difficult to make a prediction on the property market especially (x) it relates to the China property market and the interest. “If we predict the price in the beginning of the month, the prediction will be easily influenced by the fluctuation of the market. It eventually affects our integrity,” Liu said.

Nice title. Something to be mindful of, with long sentences, you need to have clear transitions (because, so, that, which, who, etc)
