(You need to learn how to write a lead. Your lead contained a bunch of information with no emphasis. Just tell your readers that "Chow Yung, the man who has been working hard to defuse the Occupy Central movement predicted that the demonstration would most certainly go out of control and the PLA would be deployed in the financial center in a scenario that he said will threaten the stability of Hong Kong.")

Fragile serenity will be broken by troop garrison on street

By Lam Ka Hei, Horry

Chow Yung, the convener of Silent Majority said that he not prefer to see the Chinese Liberation Army march on Hong Kong’s road during the Central Occupation. Imagine Central will be occupied by the protestors and paralyzed the transportation, Chow said, the main police force will be rotated and not available to maintain the security of other districts, the People Liberators Army will be appear to take control. Being the witness of 1967 Leftist riots, he believed the launch of troops to garrison on street is the only and the ultimate solution to solve the gangs and take back control.

Chow said that democracy not implies riots. He questioned that the ‘peaceful and love’ assembly will develop as an insurrection. ‘Let the first wave come’ is the principal of Chow’s opinion, and he deemed that Hong Kong gives us and we should protect Hong Kong. Thus, he has not enough power to take off the whole action so hope the Silent Majority can spread out the safety and stabilized suggestions.

Claim for the Basic Law, the state council of People’s Republic of China has the final appointment right for Hong Kong chief executive election, and there were over two-third Legislative Council members adopted the electoral reform, Chow explained that should be follow the majority decision. And he described the serenity of Hong Kong is ‘fragile’, so that citizens should treasure it.
