(I don't know what you meant by "have any condition" to lead the movement. I can see the pan-democrats might not be qualified or might not be capable to lead the movement, but "condition"? It is no secret that the students are the leaders of the movement so I don't see the significance of it being the theme of your report.)

Frederick Fung, a member of Legislative Council, said that the Pan-democracy Camp do not think they have any condition to lead the Occupy Central Movement.

Fung said that the Pan-democracy Camp canoot see that they had any conditional favour in leading the Occupy Central Movement,so they would only support the students instead.

“We are not the core members there, the movement is led by the Scholarism and the Hong Kong Federation of Students, they are the core members, and this is a student movement. “ Fung said.

He conclude that the Pan-democracy Camp would just stand aside and and support the movement.

Fung added that he stayed at Admiralty for a few hours at night on Sep 28, and that he and the other members from Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People’s Livelihood will surrender themselves to the police just like the others leaders will do after the movement.

He thinks that the cause of this movement was an immature democracy system, if the system is an advised one, people would not have sleep on the street and sacrifice their time everyday for the movement.

However, he said that there was no perfect democracy system in the world, since people’s needs change every now and then, the Congress can only change itself to fit in the demands from the people at that time period.
