Ho Yuet Fung, a global media specialist who was the Former Managing Director of CBS Broadcast International Asia Inc., advised teenagers to do what they like for their career.

"Try your best to do whatever you are interested in, and try to do things that you like. Because from my years of experiences, usually when you are interested in something, you could do much better in it,' said Ho Yuet Fung.

Ho continuded her speech, saying that working in the media field is not a easy task. With great pressures, long working hour and low salary, Ho thinks teenagers need passion to success in the media industry. [Great use of transitions.]

"One of the reasons why the wage in media industry is low, is due to the lack of competition," said Ho, "with only two main free TV stations avilable in Hong Kong, there is a lack of competitions. Without competition, it is hard to better the wage in media industry."

Furthermore, Ho thinks that the industry should provide more room for young creators. "We need rooms for young people, especially for those who are creative enough. I am sure there are lots of creative and telented young people in Hong Kong, but there are no rooms for them now. So even if they got great products, they still do not got the opportunities," commented Ho.

Concluding her speech, Ho Yuet Fung encouraged teenagers to grasp the opportunities that technology has given them. With lower cost of production, young people could make their own production easier these days, unlike the situation in the past. [Fantastic conclusion.]
