Go in Front to Reach Success, Says Wong

Reporter/ Mandy Lam--095032 2012年2月21日 (二) 22:38 (UTC)

“I always (think?-use another synonym as this one suggest hesitation) that I like Sun Yat-sen,” Ricky Wong Wai-kay, the chairman of CTI, said in Hong Kong Shue Yan University yesterday afternoon. He added that would (x) lead a revolution in order to push the television world forward.

“I usually go in front of others(take the lead), but I know that will fall to death easily,” said Wong. However, in reality, if he did not step forward to an area, where no one had (footed in? check usage), he needed to follow others’ ideas. As he created CTI TV, he would go in the front to make change of the television industry.

Hence, Wong said that in his new television station would “practice on Union Management instead of Imperial Management (transition words missing)in old (television) world.”

Wong explained the old management was that production teams needed to obey the high leaderships’ suggestions, which narrowed their developing of ideas.

“CTI’s management system provides enough freedom of creativity to production team,” Wong said. “There are nine crews to produce different dramas independently.” He added that the company would reward on merit base on rating points to encourage employees to create great dramas.

Also, Wong said (life needed to make improvement unceasingly-careful with subject-verb, does life actually make the improvement?); otherwise people would die. Hence, he said that if people wanted to work in his television station, they should be ambitious to improving themselves continuously.

“If a candidate muddles along, I suggest him/her going to the television station located in Tseung Kwan O,” said frankly Wong.

The CTI TV now is touring the tertiary institutions for recruiting staff. Besides, Wong said that the CTI TV might be the fastest start broadcasting on October 1 this year if the Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority finally licenses them.

The only issue with this article is the misuse of certain expressions, otherwise good use of quotes.
