Hao said he doesn’t agree with the "civil nominations" and "party nomination" that be advocated by some people. Hao pointed out that existing law already provides the institutional guarantee for any eligible person nominated to fight for the nomination committee, and that "citizens nomination" and "party nomination" cannot be found in the decision in accordance with the Basic Law and the NPCSC. He also said that to ensure that an individual from being boxed in "stables theory" have the opportunity to create a competitive starting point on the course and unfair results. Hao saw no need to find the so-called Western experts to design international programs, because even if universal suffrage is not a stereotyped Western countries, so there is no one size fits-all unified answer. He also said that all roads lead to Rome, just to the mainstream consensus of the international community will be able to. Hao pointed out that the so-called mainstream consensus is the chief executive and the head of the Constitution must be loyal to the country, so he insisted must be performed by patriotic persons nominated by the Chief Executive and Chief Executive candidates by the Nomination Committee.
