(Your lead is unnecessarily bloated by introducing Hao's official title in full which is about a mile long. Just call him an central government's liaison officer in Hong Kong would be fine. It is wise or unwise behavior, not unwisdom. We use adjective to describe noun and in this case, adjective is wise or unwise and the noun is behavior. Your story is one-sided without offering your readers the opposing views expressed by others.)

Hao Tie Chuan, the Director-General of the Department of Publicity, Cultural and Sports Affairs Liaison Office of the Central Peoples’ s Government, said that Occupy Central is an unwise behavior. Occupy Central is a pro-democracy campaign. This event tends to affect the working of Central that is the economy center of Hong Kong. Occupy Central maybe is a behavior that is harmful to people and the organization itself, Hao said. He mentioned that the organizers of Occupy Central thought of focusing the central government to make a concession. He advised the people who support this political campaign don’t take any chances. Hao claimed that the universal suffrage of the Chief Executive in 2017 is based on The Basic Law and central government does respect the core of the law. Societies in Hong Kong do not have big differences in the point that the future Chief Executive must love China and Hong Kong, he said. Hao added that, if the future leader of Hong Kong does not love China, he could not be responsible for the central government and also could not reflect the spirit of “one country, two system”.
