(The lead was good but some wording should be amended. You said "they have tried to cover the campaigns n Hong Kong since five years ago", but the fact was they HAVE covered the event since 5 years ago, they didn't just try. Why was it significant? You should also mention to your readers that the Hong Kong China News Agency (HKCNA) is a Chinese government owned news outlet and that was why the coverage of June 6th candle light vigil and Liu Xiaobo, the dissident writer being awarded the Nobel Prize were so significant.)

Campaign to fight for the rehabilitation of the 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown occurs on 4 June every single year but this topic is prohibited in mainland China. Candy Lo, Deputy Chief Editor of the Hong Kong China News Agency (HKCNA) claimed that they have tried to cover the campaigns and Hong Kong since five years ago. She described that as a great step towards the freedom of news in China.

Although the passage on about the 1989 Tiananmen incident on HKCNA is just a short piece and without much background information, Candy Lo believed that was already a significant step. Apart from the 1989 Tiananmen incident, Liu Xiaobo receiving the Nobel Peace Prize was also covered on HKCNA. Being regarded as a semi-official news agency of the Beijing government, Lo admitted that they were still trying to gain more freedom of news at a talk of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. “We are trying to cover those controversial topics such as the anti-national-education campaign though our angles are different from that of the Hong Kong media,” Lo added.

When being asked about the anti-national-education protest, Candy Lo stood in a pro-government stance point. She doubted that those who joined the protest campaign were not familiar with the information of national-education subject and teaching syllabus. She insisted everyone shall have a critical mind to build his or her own stance point. Also, she criticized the Hong Kong media having a too obvious stance point. She insisted that HKCNA was objective as a news agency, which is different from the normal media.
