A representative-elect of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (Drama) attended an assembly at Hong Kong Shue Yan University saying drama education was a must for this city.

Anthony Wong Chau-sang was seen as “a fan of Leung Chun-ying” when Leung first showed up in the Chief Executive election. Wong explained he chose the “less bad” one, Leung, amongst three candidates.

Yet, in the case of John Tsang Chun-wah hit by egg made Wong learnt how stupid Leung was.

“Tsang Chun-wah was hit by an egg and Leung teased standing right next to him. Leung has never thought of condemning until his PR told him to do so. He is so stupid,” Wong illustrated.

“You’ll die early if you lack sense of humour,” Wong joked. He added absurdity was needed when dealing with something ridiculous.

He took Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor as an example. He thought she reacted too much when Raymond Wong Yuk-man shouted “throwing petrol bombs instead of eggs at her”. “This is the style of Wong Yuk-man. I don’t think he’s making threatening remarks. It’s just a warning,” he explained.

Wong reckoned “Hong Kong needs arts education and trainings”. He continued, “Drama education is a must as every one of us needs role play. We have our own roles in life and we need to learn how to play our roles.”
