Famous Creative director and producer of <Headliner> Lam Chiu Wing came to the General Assembly of Hong Kong Shue Yan University to share his view on creativity. He thought that the rise of the Internet access is great for people who have a creative mind .

Mingjai will be a star

Lam said that he had just interviewed a youngster named Mingjai on the radio program (which program?). Mingjai loves producing videos to express his opinion (towards?) the society, and his videos receive many hits on YouTube. Lam believes Mingjai has a lot of potential, and a bright future ahead of him in the field, as he is handsome and full of energy. Lam believes the internet facilitates the exchange of ideas between talented minds and the wider public.

In addition, he pointed out that the employers of the new digital radio should no longer rely on the old producers, they should use the Internet to invite creative youngsters (to establish a new atmosphere? what kind of atmosphere?) for the new radio program. (As he emphasised the importance of creative and new idea should focus on the young generation.)

(== Everything can be achieved by hard work ==

Lam also shared that the successful elements of working, that is putting effort in that field for many years. He had used much time to learn and acquire the skills to make funny jokes for many years, thus he can have the confident to produce jokes for the radio program now. He told the students that if you have out 10 years in that field.)

Your title needs more support from your article, you mention that Mingjai, who was found on the internet is a creative youngster, however the reader does not get to find out about his ideas to make up his or her own mind on whether or not the internet does facilitate creativity. You have the beginning of an example, but it lacks supporting evidence. As for the last paragraph-Everything can be achieved by hard work-it is unrelated to the first half of your article/title and therefore should be edited out.)
