("Should be considered" is wrong. It should be "…should be considerate", or "should consider others' interests". You should cite examples of traffic jams and business losing money as bad things the movement has done to the society. "The way to declare", declare what? Declare warnings, maybe. )

Kathy Chan,Chief Consultant of the Public Communication Strategic Consultancy Limited, said democratic movements should consider others' interests on Tuesday.

“Occupying Central” movement has lasted for 31 days. All actions were on a wide range of pressures, including how to persevere and if it is necessary to retreat. Kathy Chan thought the democratic movements should be considered in the public interest. “I want to ask people who occupy central. What’s the exact meaning of ‘public interest’?”said Kathy. “Citizens are supposed to know what they are doing and whether these things are good or bad to Hong Kong.”

She also referring that a new situation should have different methods to solve problems. “The way to declare can no longer be old, such as the tear bomb.”She pointed out Hong Kong police used pepper spraying to protesters for safety reasons many years ago was rational, but for “occupying central”, the police still use it and even more advanced weapons. "Culture is different, the new generation should declare with new method."She stressed.

In addition, Kathy mentioned that reporters and PR are mostly common, both need to face the public with communication. She pointed that false information would make no credibility, and the entire industry can be hit. “PR is not confusing truth and falsehood, and not distorting the facts, but the truth in different ways of packaging and maintaining authenticity.”said Kathy.
