Last Hong Kong Governor Patten does not understand the political situation of Hong Kong

Demosisto legislator Nathan Law K C has dismissed the criticism made by last governor Lord Patten against the advocacy of independence and self-determination. He said Lord P had left Hk for a long time and did not understand the city's poitical situation well.

Lord Patten has said uring a recent visit in HK those who advocated indpen and self-determination were 'irresponsible, dishonest and reckless'.

Law said Patten's views 'did not mean anything.'

He msintained the future of HK should be decided by HK people.
