“The less contributory employees get the highest salary, and vice versa.” said TSANG Kk, the CEO of the Bees Group.


TSANG said most of the advertising agency in general misallocating the resources. In this way the most hardworking employees could not get their reasonable reward which deter the growth of adverting industry. TSANG pointed that the high turnover rate could be improved as long as the agencies improve their remuneration to employees. “Other than the shareholders who pay the fees, do not forget the one who strive for the agencies.” addressed by WONG.


TSANG pointed out that the worst behavior in the industry is that there are agencies which only carry advertising projects for awards but not for the best of their clients. He believed advertising industry is the one owning the localization and creativity. “Hong Kong advertisement should be made by Hong Kong people in order to touch the local customers.” Said TSANG. In addition, TSANG believed that people who own creativity will soft out the existing problems in the advertising industry, thus rejecting the idea of government assistant.
