Ms. Alice Lam
Alice Lam serves as Managing Director of Universal McCann, Hong Kong.
With over 20 years of communication and management experience, Alice joined Universal McCann in September 2006. Alice started her career with WPP’s O&M, and has since worked with DDB, FCB, and Zenith Optimedia. When Zenith in HK was acquired by WPP in 2004, Alice rebranded the merged Zenith team and launched MAXUS Communications, serving as CEO, APAC, of the new company. After 2 years with WPP, Alice took a long vacation, during which had taken up a management consultancy role with a garment manufacturing company. Alice rejoined the advertising industry September last year as MD of UMHK.
Within the year with UM, Alice has built a strong culture within the team, and won hot new businesses the likes of Coke. Alice works hard and plays hard, maintaining always a high spirit of enthusiasm and appreciation.
