Due to scientific and technological progress, people nowadays have no privacy at all. Stephen Quinn, Digital Development Editor of South China Morning Post, said that this is one of the biggest problems of the twenty-first century.

Stephen Quinn said that the technology now makes us easier to get access to information and people will no longer have no privacy. “This is one of the biggest problems of the twenty-first century. The early incident of artists being photographed in their home indicated that the current digital technology enable people to take pictures without letting the other parties noticed,” he explained.

Quinn also pointed out that it will be very difficult to distinguish whether people are videotaping when they are using certain smart phones applications. “For example, other would think he was reading or using the computer but in fact he is taking pictures secretly,” he said.
