(Your story was rather well explained save for a few questionable word usages. Banner ads could be ads for any business, for example, restaurant ads too. Therefore, when you said "...that banner ads bought most income, so advertisements from restaurants actually did not affect them a lot", it just doesn't make sense.)

In respond to voices that there are fake reviews on OpenRice.com, founder of the website Ray Chung claimed that their editors would not write fake reviews themselves and they had been putting a lot of effort in filtering away fake reviews by users.

Media reported that after some restaurants had failed to make an agreement on advertising with OpenRice.com, negative reviews on those restaurants on the website had increased rapidly. Founder of OpenRice.com Ray Chung said that was just one side of the story from the restaurants during a talk in Shue Yan University today. He said workers of the website put a lot of effort in filtering away reviews among more than a hundred of submissions every day, and they would not have time to make more fake reviews. He also said that banner ads bought most income, so advertisements from restaurants actually did not affect them a lot.

Chung explained that in order to enhance credibility of the website, submitted reviews had to pass double gates before being published. A computer system would filter away submissions from the same IP addresses or browser codes, then editors would check manually to find out fake reviews by bribed writers.
