(It is unorthodox to insert your byline after the lead in news writing. Only cheap tabloids carry this kind of practice. You have stressed repeatedly and repeatedly that Beijing has the final say on Hong Kong's political reform in your report and it seems like you are running around in circle. You should tell us what the Hong Kong people should do or tell us what Cheng and his alliance would do to solve the impasse.)

"True democracy is an election that offers competition for candidates and provides choices for voters."said Joseph Yu-shek Cheng today at Shue Yan University.

Yu, the spokesperson of Alliance for True Democracy, said every Hong Kong people has a vote is not hard to achieve, but who can be the candidate is difficult question. He said whether true democracy can come true depends on Beijing government, he questioned about would the candidate supported by Beijing lose. If not, then it's not an election but an appointment. Yu said if Beijing would accept the people who isn't supported by her to win the election, then others are just technical problem.

Yu added the political reform is not an issue decided by the Hong Kong government but Beijing. He stayed preservative towards the sincerity of the government has as HK government is only responsible for consultation.

Yu believes Hong Kong people deserve a more democratic, fair and reasonable election as we are all working hard for a better living, there should be no exception for political issue.
