HKSYU—FEB 21With three new free television licenses (will be issued soon-does not fit with opening, change verb tense to past participle), the traditional free television stations, especially TVB, which has almost monopolized the local drama market for years, will be facing perhaps the greatest challenge (they?-change pronoun) have ever faced. (good idea to open with)

City Telecom (H.K) limited (CTL), which will hopefully get the license, is starting to pave its way into the local drama market. Its chairman, Ricky Wong said in the recruitment talk that his television station will provide 260 hours of drama series in the first year. The production crew (now is working hard-move the "now") to create innovative drama. Wong believes that his team can offer audience more quality choice in drama watching as he allowed a broader creative space for the production staff.

‘Production professionals deserve more respect. We should put them (in the first?) in order to produce wonderful drama series.’ expressed the chairman.

Other than a few grammar error, the article was off to a good start. Perhaps the title could use more supporting details(when were they disrespected for example)
