Hong Kong, Dec.13-- James Pomfret, South China Correspondent, works in the mass media industry for many years and has rich experience. He thinks that the work of a journalist is similar to that of a fireman.

From TVB(Television Broadcasts Limited) to Reuters, James struggles from a city journalist to become an international journalist who works in mainland China.

“There are many breaking news,” said James. “I need to rush around and try to do things quickly, just like a fireman.”

In fact, having quick reaction is the basic element of a (x) journalist. A journalist needs to finish the report as fast as possible in order to (overcome-could use a better word) other media.

“It is a very fast (paved-spelling) job as a journalist,” said James. “You may have 15 minutes to do your job, but 15 minutes is too long for your editors. It’s really a high pressure.”

In recent years, he reported the force abortion problem and the Foxconn suicides soon after the incidents raised the public's attention.

It is true that a journalist (x) just like a fireman as they both need to work with quick reaction and finish their work as soon as possible under high pressure.

Nice title/angle, and explanation of the analogy. The context of the quotes needs to be stated (when, where, why? etc)
