(You should tell your readers in your lead the Shenzhen residents used to enjoy multiple entries before. Only then will we know how upset or even angry they are. Just when we write about cardinal Zen 陳日君, we always describe him as an outspoken critic of both the Beijing and Hong Kong governments and since Reverend Koon is a rather controversial figure and his comments on politics are often viewed as pro-government and pro-establishment and even pro-Beijing as a reporter, it is your job to let your readers know what his political propensity is.)

Shengzhen recently launches the ‘ Once a week entry permit’ travel policy, in order to hit the parallel goods traders. The Revd Peter Douglas Koon, said the policy doesn’t aim at parallel goods traders but wound mainlanders feeling, which made him disgusted.

Revd Koon, the Provincial Secretary General of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, appeals Hong Kongers to be condonable, ‘What if mainlanders kick your luggage?’ Koon points out the ‘Once a week entry permit’ policy tears the relationship between Hong Kong and mainland. Koon points out the policy should directly aim at parallel goods traders. He suggests the customs give pressure on checking goods. For example, open the milk pounder can, so it cannot be sold anymore.

Shengzhen change its travel policy ‘Multiple-entry permit’ to ‘Once a week entry permit’. This policy limits Shengzhen citizen entry Hong Kong only 52 times in a year, which supposed to decrease the number of goods traders according to the Hong Kong government.--125009 2015年4月14日 (二) 16:25 (UTC)
