Hong Kong – 21 FEB –The appeal (of-replace with made by) Asia Television about granting the free-to-air television license helps City Telecom (HK) Ltd (CTI) developing its free television station. Ricky Wong, the chairman of CTI, said yesterday that the judiciary review give them extra time to produce dramas.

Due to objection lodged to the granting of three new free-to-air television licenses by the Asia Television, it seems the approval of those licenses will be delayed. Ricky Wong does not worry about the delay.

“It will only cause a delay of one to six months in maximum. The free-to-air television license will be delivered to us for sure. It is just only the matter of time. It doesn’t affect our plan (on-wrong preposition-change) running the station.” Wong said.

He added that he is going to create 260 hours of dramas in the first year and the delay can let his crew have extra time to save up at least 200 hours of drama in his drama stock before the channel is (really? adverb is bit misplaced in this case) on air.

Last year, Ricky Wong has hired 340 people as his production crew and he is now planning to recruit 700 more expertise from other companies and undergraduates. “This is the golden time for you, who are interested in the broadcasting industry, to join our new world (CTI),” Wong concluded with a smile.

Nice title, and opening. Only a few grammar errors to think about.
