(Why can China achieve 7% GDP growth rate? Why can't it achieve anything over 10% just because it is a mature economy? Your report didn't give me any explanation. Just because it is the second largest economy in the world, it therefore can achieve the target of 7% growth? America is the largest economy however it can't even achieve anything over 3%, why?)

China lowers GDP growth target to “around 7%” this year. Director of center of game theory, Saint Petersburg State University David Yeung said 7% rate is attainable and in an enviable position to other countries.

China’s premier, Li Keqiang, cut the country’s growth target to “around 7%” last Thursday, which is the lowest target among the past ten years. People concern it is the warning of the economic downturn of the world’s second largest economy.

Yeung said the growth target is acceptable and “made other countries jealous”.

"China being the second greatest economy system, having 7% rate growth is considerable.

Yeung said setting a double digits growth is nearly impossible, as China has been well developed into a mature economic system in the past 20 years," said Yeung.

Yeung said the virtual economy of China is mainly manufacturing industry, therefore will be more sustainable compared to the largest economy system America.
