With the rapid growth of the Internet, traditional media such as newspapers, radio and television broadcast is(sva) facing unprecedented challenges. (good sentence) Chan Suk Mei, the News Director of Commercial Radio(CRHK), says(vt) in the seminar at Hong Kong Shue Yan University on the 25th of October, these challenge include the technological innovation (how is that a challenge?), the development of multimedia, the shortage of talented labour, and the difficulties of seeking(seeking or finding?) good content.

The seminar is(vt-when did this happen, present?past?) held by Hong Kong Shue Yan University and University of Macau (date). Several scholars and chief editors from different newspapers discussed the change of traditional media (under?) the growth of the internet. Chan Suk Mei, one of the speakers of the seminar, concluded the challenges the media faces (with?) four directions, the technological innovation, the development of multimedia, the shortage of talented labour, and the difficulties of seeking good content(repeating yourself without explaining further).

" The most serious problem is the shortage of talented labour. Journalism graduates are not willing to work in the news industry. We have long working hours but low pay. Every journalists needs to multitask, included(vt) photographing, writing and even film editing," says Chan.

However, she believes that prospects of the news industry are still brightening(v, should be adjective form). These years, some investors have put capital to develop (derivative media? what does this mean?), such as HKToolBar of CRHK.

" Although the support from investors is important, they should also think (highly?) of the social responsibility and respect the freedom of the press," said Chan.

Your article is focused on the challenges, however of the four, not all are fully explained/developed in your article. Either choose a few, or provide more concrete examples of each.
