Law Fan Chiu-fun, the member of Executive Council faces many undergraduate students questioning about the Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying illegal structure problem today. Law hopes the people should have an "inversive status thinking" to tolerate and respect Leung.

Law said Leung’s unauthorized building works should not expand to become his integrity problem.

“Leung would apply for approval of the unauthorized building works together, when he brought his house, if he noticed them.” Law believed.

Some students think Leung was lying. Lai, a year one student, doubts that Leung being a surveying professional who should have the ability to check the illegal structure.

She recalled the Leung’s declaration that Leung could not spot them out because of missing to take the approved plan from the seller.

Also, she said it is difficult to find out every unauthorized building works as existing in many people homes, therefore, it leads to Leung’s unawareness. For example, as the Leung’s flat at The Peak includes five houses. It is easy for not alert for the unauthorized car shelter in one house as mixing up with the authorized car shelters in the other four houses.

Law adds that the new government welcomes young people to join with the policy planning. She reminds them first have an all rounded research in order to be a meaningful participation.
