“Private corporat(e-you mean organizations-so corporations?) carries lots of responsibilities, putting shareholder’s interests on top priority is unavoidable, ” said Ivan Yau, Assistant General Manager of Sino Group’s Corporate Communications Department.

By Tracy Law

Regarding the huge controversy over anti- developer hegemony (preposition) recent years, Yau have not denied its existence by saying “private corporat(e) is not necessarily equal to charity and can’t fulfill all individuals’ expectation.” He emphasized it was inappropriate for him to speak for the whole group and refused to answer reporter(’s-more than one) follow-up questions on such(usually used with a+adj describing topic) topic.

Scandals derived from developer hegemony greatly (stroked-check meaning of this verb, wrong use of strike-past tense-check correct form) corporate image down. Being the assistant GM of group’s communications department, Yau said disclosing everything to public is the key to crisis management. “The public know(n) well about their right nowadays, they would not be satisfied with the partial truth,” he said. “Media used to make a big fuss (on?) it in case there are loopholes in the law.”

Being a former senior reporter, Yau said self-censorship over media groups has long existed, even before the hangover on 1997. “Each organization owns its stance and editorial principle, just seek for a place you could express at your convenience,” said Yau.

Good effort, simply need to be careful with using the past tense/prepositions, otherwise keep it up!
