Kan Tai-keung, founder of KL&K Creative Strategies, said there is a lack of sound environment to support the promotion of creative.

Kan said that even Hong Kong primary and secondary schools have art class, but only one to two a week, and the schools also pay very low degree of attention, ignoring physical, moral and aesthetic cultivation of various aspects of art. Lack of university education and cultural appreciation of the arts curriculum, it shows the Hong Kong government has inadequate investment in education. In addition, the Hong Kong government support is not sufficient to improve the art of public participation.

Kan pointed out the need to improve the level of local culture and should not be subject to geographical constraints, limited to Hong Kong, and Hong Kong should strengthen the integration, the establishment of healthy communication. Kan said that the creation of a free space is needed to make everyone unrestricted creative, explore creative leaders. And also establish equality and social background to promote creation.--115056 2014年4月15日 (二) 23:26 (UTC)
