Take the challenge and get the job done

We all saying that chance will only go to the one who are always prepared . However, whenever chance comes , it must along with the challenge .Let’s step out our safety net and meet Dewy Ip the Executive Vice President of AVT .

The world outside HK

Dewy said he would always glad to take the challenges in his life and explore how big can the world be . No wonder he went straightly to the US for the internship which most of his classmates would never think it as a good idea to waste one year after graduated from university.

Dewy also said , he did gained a lot in those challenges when most of the people avoid to taking them . He seems never satisfy with the safe and easy position. In 1984, he left TVB to help to start the IVM (Indonesia’s national commercial television station) in Indonesia the place filled with instabilities .he had been worked for the media related business in the US , Malaysia , India and as well as Beijing by the past 15 years .

Dewy comment on the success of his career by listing five major points as passion, commitment , integrity , profession and respect .
