(Your first sentence is absolutely redundant. Juvenile usually refers to people aged below 18 and teenagers are young people between the age of thirteen and nineteen. Both words are not appropriate in this case. If this year's budget doesn't benefit the younger population, when was the last time it did?)

The 2015-16 Budget has been released for one week. The Director of The Lion Rock Institute Peter Wong said, the budget this year cannot help the youngsters. He suggested juvenile should work for themselves.

Wong restated that ‘the 2015-16 Budget is not your (teenagers) business.’ He said, the young generation should broaden their horizons and think out of the box instead of waiting for the aid from government and complaining the society.

The government proposed to impose the GST (goods and services tax). Yet, Wong said it is the tax which exploits the poor. He explained, GST is a regressive tax which allows those rich paying smaller proportion of their income for tax. And it burdens the poor.

The prices of flats are continually increasing. Wong said, buying properties in Hong Kong is not the only way of success. He said, he already gives up the investment by buying properties.
