The Trend of Employment Request is Changed

A former journalist pointed that the employment request is changed from education level to personal skills and behaviors in the recent years made the competition between the employee was more flaming than before.

Sharon Cheung, a former journalist, found the world is equal and being globalization after studying in Oxford. She found that most of her friends went to Hong Kong to get a career more than stayed at their countries because they guessed there are more job opportunities in Asia than in America or British. “Everyone needs now to face competition which not only around oneself in Hong Kong but also include others who coming from other countries and regions.” Cheung said.

Cheung thought that the request of the employers had changed. “Most of my friend could not easily to find a job and only 3 of the rest satisfy their careers.” She believed the request of the employers was changed from the education level to personal skills and behaviors. “For instance, Putonghua is a main skill now.” She pointed. The employers consider now the character of the interviewee. They world like to know are the interviewee outspoken and concerned the world. “With these flaming competitions, we have to equip ourselves no matter when and where.” Cheung pointed.

Cheung believed most of the successful people were worked hard to get their achievement and not depend on luck. She gave an example that a youth come from a common family but successfully worked in a large investment bank to encourage people worked hard to get success.
